Philosophy: 
Most camps boast require two-a-day runs, high mileage and more craziness.  We don't believe that the football mentality of "hell" week  is smart for runners.  Although we will accommodate those who are well trained and maintain a higher weekly mileage that call for a second run we believe the majority of runners can thrive on one run per day.  We will review each athletes current fitness and suggest workouts to bring them to a higher level and motivate them for a summer of good training.
