 7:00am  Rise and shine!
 7:30-8:00am  Pre-run stretch and drills
 8:00-9:00am

 Run and cool down

 9:00-10:00am  Breakfast and review and discuss focus of the day's goals
 10:15-11:30am  Morning session by Mark Junkermann or guest speaker
 11:30-12:30pm  Free time/games at camp
 12:30-1:30pm  Lunch
 1:30-2:00pm  Morning session recap and discuss remainder of the day
 2:00-5:30pm  Afternoon activity: volleyball, pool, paddle boats/canoes, hike...
 2:00-5:30pm  One-on-one goal setting and planning
 5:30-6:30pm  Dinner/Cook-out
 6:30-7:30pm  Evening speaker (coaches, athletes, and sports professionals)
 7:30-9:30pm  Movie, games or campfire
 10:30pm  Lights out!  Rest is an important part of training.
